Your delivery
We currently only deliver within the UK (excluding the Chanel Islands) using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For delivery services.
Standard delivery: Standard service in the UK is currently within 1-3 working days. However, sometimes during holiday periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within 5-7 working days to Northern Ireland and 7 working days to the Highlands. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands.
A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when your order is delivered and the courier cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to collect your delivery from your local delivery office.
* Your order will be held at a delivery office for 7 days. After that it will be returned back to us. The original postage charge will apply to re-send the order back to the customer.
Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.
Exceptions
UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for delivery.
Postage Cost
Postage rate starts from £3.50. Postage rate is calculated by the weight of the items for the order.
Delivery Address
Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Re-Delivery Postal Payment Charge
If your order has been returned back to us and you would want it re-delivered you will have to pay the original postal charge that applied for your order.

Refund & Returns Policy
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on NATURALAFROBEAUTY.COM that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Purchases can only be returned by post.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please also note that items must be returned in their original condition, not have been used or tampered with and intact.
In the case of an error when placing an order or change of mind a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please notify us immediately if this is the case.
No admin charge will apply if we are notified within 12 hours of placing your order before it is processed and dispatched. A £3.50 charge will be applied to cover the admin costs if the order has been dispatched.
